Deadlio is a product of MGT Fintec Synergies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10628094), registered office C/O Cloud Business Hub, 23 Sangley Road, London SE25 6QT.
Your account details
For the people who use Deadlio we hold name, email address, practice name, login details and basic usage and security logs. We are the data controller for this information and use it to run your account, keep it secure and contact you about the service. We do not sell it.
Your clients' data
For the client records you enter (such as client names, company numbers and filing dates) your practice is the data controller and we act as your data processor. We process this data only on your documented instructions – that is, to provide Deadlio – and:
- keep it confidential and limit access to people who need it to run the service;
- protect it with appropriate technical and organisational security measures;
- use sub-processors only for hosting and email delivery (currently Hostinger), under written terms;
- help you respond to requests from individuals and to any data breach, and tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a breach affecting your data;
- delete it when you delete your account, except for routine backups that expire in the normal cycle.
Deadlio reads public information from the Companies House register to fill in company deadlines.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is open and for up to 12 months after it closes, unless the law requires longer.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@deadlio.com. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
