Terms of service

Last updated 13 October 2026

Deadlio is a product of MGT Fintec Synergies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10628094), registered office C/O Cloud Business Hub, 23 Sangley Road, London SE25 6QT. In these terms "we" means MGT Fintec Synergies Ltd and "you" means the practice that opens a Deadlio account.

1. The service

Deadlio is an online tool that helps accountancy practices track client compliance deadlines. It is an aid to your own practice management. It does not file anything for you and does not replace your professional judgement. You remain responsible for checking deadlines and meeting your obligations to your clients and to HMRC, Companies House and other bodies.

2. Your account

You must give accurate details and keep logins secure. Each login is for one named person. The account owner is responsible for the people they invite.

3. Trial, plans and payment

New accounts start with a free trial of 30 days. To keep using Deadlio after the trial you need a paid plan. Plans are charged monthly at the price shown when you subscribe. If you do not continue after the trial your account becomes read-only, and you can still export your data.

4. Your data

The client information you enter belongs to you. We process it only to provide Deadlio, as described in our privacy and data processing notice. You can export it at any time and delete your account from the Account page.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, try to access other practices' data, or upload anything unlawful.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to keep Deadlio available and accurate but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information from public registers is correct. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for missed deadlines, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Ending the service

You can stop at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or are unpaid. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
